These trees prefer full sun and will thrive in growing zones 5-9. They can
grow as much as 3 feet in a year to create a privacy screen.
Plant these trees as close as 8
feet apart for privacy screens. They're known to be more resistant to "browning" than other varieties so your
evergreens will look healthy all year long. Look for some slight darkening as the year comes to a close, then in spring the
bright green new growth will start again.
