spring 2018. David Watterson is someone that defines a business relationship as going well beyond the sale. Not only did David
appropriately identifying the trees I needed, he personally chose the trees, he arranged for shipping, he provided the landscaper
with planting instructions (no small feat given the 23 foot height of most of the trees), he carefully explained to me how
to care for the trees, and he followed up on two separate occasions well after the job had been completed. David cares about
the customer; and this is a most refreshing attitude given today's focus on the bottom line. No doubt, David Watterson approach
is exemplary and one that will be of benefit to anyone in the business of improving the landscape.

Spring 2018
Many thanks David. Your time is greatly appreciated. I am happy to report all 70 of our green giants are beautiful and
the herd of 10 deer we have grazing through the yard each night are not touching them. We had a cold windy winter here on
Long Island. Lots of local evergreens suffered severe wind burn. Our green giants did well with minimal wind burn. I do keep
them well hydrated through November which I am sure helps and I also continue to fertilize with Lesco slow release fertilizer
in March and September.
Have a great day and many thanks again for your expert advise.
Michelle
Davids note, in most locations, Lesco was bought by John Deere landscape supplies, which was then bought by SiteOne landscape
supplies.
